An ice cream favorite in a steaming cup
of cappuccino.
Ingredients :
Serves 1
1 ox chocolate ice cream topping, such as Hershey's, or chocolate fudge
syrup
1 oz hazelnut, maple nut or golden pecan
syrup
2 shots espresso
Steamed and foamed milk
Miniature marshmallows
Cocoa powder for garnish
Method :
In a 12-ounce cup, combine topping, syrup
and espresso. Fill the cup with steamed milk and top with foamed milk.
Then add miniature marshmallows and sprinkle with cocoa. Serve
immediately.
