Method :
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail
shaker, including the crushed ice. Shake vigorously and serve immediately in
cocktail glasses. Top with the finely grated chocolate and
orange rind.
Tips : To make this drink, espresso ristretto is the strength required. Most orange-based liqueurs, such as
Grand Marnier, Cointreau, Orange nassau and triple sec, could be used in
place of the curacao, if not available.
