The tangy Bing cherries, rich chocolate
and a bit of orange and cinnamon make this a wonderful combination.
Ingredients :
Serves 1
1 oz chocolate syrup
1 oz Bing cherry syrup
1/2 oz grand orange syrup
2 shots espresso
Steamed and foamed milk
Freshly grated orange peel (zest) for
garnish
Cinnamon for garnish
Method :
In a 12-ounce cup, combine all the syrups
and espresso. Then fill the cup with steamed milk and top with foamed
milk. Sprinkle with orange peel and dust with cinnamon. Serve
immediately.
